Train alongside a partner while following your own individualized strength training program in a private gym setting.

Semi-private training combines the structure and accountability of recurring coaching with the energy and consistency of training alongside another client.

Pay in full or sign up for an installment plan.

Installments require half upfront, and the balance is split evenly over the remaining months. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged each month until your balance is zero. Training packages do not auto-renew.
