CONSULTATION

  • Consultations can last up to 60 minutes, so please plan your schedule accordingly.

  • Wear workout or comfortable clothing, as we may do a few light assessments.

  • Be prepared to remove your shoes if needed for certain assessments.

  • Come excited and ready to talk about you, your lifestyle, fitness history, and goals.

  • Please bring a checkbook, as check payment is preferred. Payment is required before your first training session can be scheduled if you decide to move forward.
