This resistance training program is fully customized to your goals, taking into account your age, training history, equipment availability, current abilities, and any limitations or injuries.
Form Sessions:
At the start of each new phase, we’ll meet in person at my gym to review your program, demonstrate proper exercise form, and make sure you feel confident and prepared before training on your own.
DURATION: 1 Phase = 6 weeks
