I create resistance training programs exclusively for busy women who want to lose body fat, build a strong and capable body, and improve their overall health. Your program will be updated every 6 weeks to keep you progressing with intention and confidence. As your coach, I’ll be there virtually to guide you, answer questions, and support you along the way. Before each new phase begins, we’ll meet to review your progress and make sure you feel fully prepared for what’s next.

Custom Resistance Program:
This resistance training program is fully customized to your goals, taking into account your age, training history, equipment availability, current abilities, and any limitations or injuries.

Form Sessions:
At the start of each new phase, we’ll meet in person at my gym to review your program, demonstrate proper exercise form, and make sure you feel confident and prepared before training on your own.

DURATION: 1 Phase = 6 weeks

DISCLAIMER: I don’t have barbells in my private gym, and they won’t appear in your Online program either. I prefer implements that allow a more natural motion path and are more comfortable on the wrists and shoulders. Barbell lifts have their place, just not with the population I train. However, this doesn’t mean we won’t be squatting, pressing, or deadlifting.
